Cardtranz.net Batch

Cardtranz.net batch processing is a full authorization, draft capture and address verification product. It was designed to service direct marketing merchants - mail order, telephone order, direct response, catalog, multi-level marketing and the Internet merchant. 

This high-speed batch-oriented program allows a merchant to simultaneously process multiple transactions using the existing internal data processing system at Cardtranz.net. Our batch solution accepts multiple merchant ID's and transaction types (authorizations, post authorizations, credits and sales) with a single file transmission. The batch solution allows unlimited input capability, transactions, and batches per day. 

For merchants that currently out-source telemarketing and/or fulfillment services, Cardtranz.net Batch supports a standard order file that is required by the nation's top telemarketing and fulfillment companies. This standard order file is utilized in processing daily orders in a ready-to-ship format, complete with Address Verification Service (AVS). For every file processed, Cardtranz.net provides an assortment of reports to recap the day's activity. Customized reporting includes export and query capabilities to further enhance research and exception programs. 

Utilization of AVS, invoice and purchase order information allows the transactions to meet the requirements to qualify for CPS Direct Marketing rates and Corporate Data Rate II, the lowest possible interchange rates for direct marketing merchants.

The FTP Batch solution is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. The files are maintained in ASCII and XML formats, allowing for easy import of processed data to a merchants existing databases.
